            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Local Law has been introduced before the Town Board of the Town of Chateaugay to override the Tax Cap for Fiscal Year 2027 in the Town of Chateaugay, Franklin County, New York.

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing in connection with the proposed Local Law will be held at the Chateaugay Town Hall, 191 East Main Street, Chateaugay, New York 12920 on September 14, 2026 at 6:20 p.m. and that an opportunity to be heard in regard thereto will then and there be given to all persons.
